Abella was born from nearly two decades of feeling the weight of trying to do it all. Running programs, supporting teams, writing grants, building relationships, and still having the books fall to the bottom of the list. I've lived that reality - where you're working with heart and strategy, yes still wondering if the finances are accurate, compliant, or even fully understood. Not because you're doing anything wrong, but because there are only so many hours in a day.
I also know the same level of integrity is needed in civic and political spaces. Campaigns and community efforts deserve trustworthy financial systems, not spreadsheets hurried together under pressure. Who am I?
You may know me as Adrienne - the Executive Director at High Valley Community Center, the wife to Adam, or the mom to Arielle, Tytus, and Kahlena... maybe even the sister to Ezra. I hope you’ll also come to know me as Adrienne, founder of Abella Services, and someone you can trust to help your mission - or your campaign - grow with strength, clarity, and confidence.
You may wonder how all of these roles fit together, and the answer is: they continue, and they matter. I will proudly remain the Executive Director of HVCC, because serving our community and building strong youth programs is part of who I am. But seasons in life bring growth, and growth asks us to use our talents in more than one place. Abella Services is not a replacement; it’s a natural extension of what I’ve already built with honesty, dedication, and measurable results.
Over the past 18+ years, I’ve helped lead HVCC from a small start-up to a thriving $750K+ organization with millions secured in federal, state, and local funding. That success didn’t happen by accident, it came from strategic planning, strong financial systems, relationship building, and a belief that small organizations deserve big opportunities. Abella Services was created to bring that same level of support to others.
Just like I’ve helped one organization grow, I’m ready to help many more build stability, earn funding they can trust, and strengthen the communities they serve. It’s simply the next chapter in a long record of commitment and impact.
